Well Friends, one good news for the people from Computer fields as well as for the Computer users. Recently, Samsung Electronics has developed the First DDR4 Dynamic RAM module. This Chips are manufactured using the 30 mm-class process and promise much higher transfer rate and lower power consumption.

                          The new DDR4 DRAM will build a greater confidence in cutting-edge green memory for mainstream application. Let's us briefly discuss the main features of DDR4 and have comparison with its earlier version.

FEATURES OF DDR4 DRAM:-

• It can read and write the date at the rate of up to 2.13 Gb per second, which is much higher than the DDR2 & DDR3. The data transfer rate for DDR2 and DDR3 are 800 Mbps and 1.66 Gbps consecutively.
• Less power Consumption with only 1.2 volt as compared to 1.6 volt for DDR3.
• Around 40% reduction in power consumption as compared with DDR3 module, so useful for notebook in terms of power efficiency.
• Higher performance for Computers
• Eco-Friendly

This is Pretty cool news. While we certainly didn't expect Samsung to be the name that cropped up first, let's welcome it. So it's only a matter of time until we hear more on this front. Stay Tuned.....!   :-)
